Application Design, Development & Deployment

Build digital products and services that improve the lives of citizens, enhance business productivity, and contribute to the defence and security of Singapore. The ‘rules’ are simple. Design for users. Engineer with care. Build inclusively. Transform experiences.

We constantly engage users and iteratively test product prototypes to understand their pain points, so that we can build better products. We also leverage cutting-edge technologies across diverse fields and platforms to improve digital capabilities across the government. We not only build great products; we make a lasting impact on how our government serves people.

Be empowered to create next-generation digital experiences and provide solutions to real-life problems. Some of our products include LifeSG, an app that integrates services across government agencies, and GoBusiness, a portal that creates a seamless experience for businesses applying for licenses. Your possibilities are limitless. Embody the spirit of innovation and play a part in enhancing the lives of Singaporeans.

As a UX Designer, I enjoy co-creating digital products with and for citizens. I like the challenge of conceptualising service journeys that span across different agencies and transforming the gathered insights into accessible, human-centred digital services.
